Treasure Hunts
We run a variety of treasure hunts in Smestow Valley and around the Centre.
These are aimed at various ages and run from
one to three hours.
Often these combine basic map reading, letter hunts, local history quizzes,
picture puzzles and scavenger hunts.
What do you need to bring ?
You will need to bring clothing suitable for outdoor
activities (by this we mean trainers or boots and not jeans) with waterproofs
if rain looks likely. We do have a small selection of waterproofs and boots
if necessary. For full day activities a packed lunch will be required. Remember
sun cream for those odd sunny days!

Treasure Hunts ties in with Physical Education,Maths, Geography and History at Key stages 1,2 and 3.
We can further extend curriculum links by including pupils in the planning and reviewing of these activities.
