It's a Woodland Life

This session is run in Hawthorne Wood, situated opposite the Centre. An exciting role-playing activity where pupils will explore a woodland community.
The group will investigate how a woodland community lives and works together. They will look at the roles plants and animals play and how they interact with one another.

During the session pupils will:
       * record their discoveries
       * discuss their findings
       * draw conclusions about a woodland system
Key words:
habitat      community           niche

We can adapt programmes to suit individual group needs and welcome pre-visits or phone calls to discuss possibilities.
