Activity Sheets

We all know the benefits of getting out of doors and engaging with nature – especially at the moment, and our latest activity sheets have been designed to help you explore the natural world and find out more about the various habitats all around us.

Our first two activity sheets will help you discover more about the birds and the (mini) beasts that live in our gardens, fields, hedgerows and waterways.  Each resource can be downloaded and used as a starting point for your adventures.

We hope you enjoy them, and if you do please tell us as we’d love to include some of your experiences (and photographs) on our Wildside Facebook page.

There’s a line from a famous Christmas song which says ‘Oh the weather outside is frightful…’ and although there’s no sign of snow at the moment, with the amount of rain we’ve been having recently we thought the next activity sheet which tells you how to  make your own mini garden pond (or puddle!) would be just the thing to make going outside on a rainy day much more enjoyable – just don’t forget those wellies! Click on the link below to explore the world of wonderful water!

When only Bounty’s are left in the Celebrations tin and you’re surrounded by leftover sprouts, it’s time for some therapy. So why not check out our latest activity sheet… getting creative and messy – what more could you want!
