The Centre is managed by a Board of Directors, who meet quarterly to set strategic direction and monitor progress. Under the Memorandum and Articles of the Company, Board members are elected by the Members of the Centre.

If you have an interest in helping to steer the future direction of the Centre and be part of the decision-making process, we are always happy to receive enquiries about joining the Board of Directors.

All our activities are run by experienced casual workers, qualified in their own disciplines. All staff are subject to DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checks and work within the policies set by the Board and management committees.  A lost of  Wildside’s policies can be seen below. Our Narrowboat ‘Trebalisa’ is licensed by the Maritime and Coastguard Agency to carry passengers. All our boat skippers are fully qualified and hold the Boatmaster’s Licence, Tier 2, Level 1.
