The centre is open every weekday between 9am-4pm. We are adhering to current guidelines regarding Covid therefore some of our indoor activities remain restricted. We hope to return to a more normal way of working once restrictions are lifted on 19 July, when we will continue to operate a policy which prioritises the health and safety of all our users and staff.

Bring your own mat if possible (there will be a few to borrow on the day if you don’t have one).

Thanks to the generosity of 5/344 Branch of Transport & General Worker’s Union (Former Goodyear Branch) Trebalisa has undergone a full refurbishment and is ready for a new season. CLICK HERE FOR MORE DETAILS
Narrowboat trips are currently available for up to six people or 2 x households. From 19 July we hope to be able to offer trips for up to 24 people subject to current legislation/guidelines remaining in place.
Join us on Wednesday 14th July 10am to 12 noon or 1pm to 3pm and help us clean up along the canal towpath.
We will be meeting in the car park at Wildside.
Please bring your own gloves and wear sensible shoes and dress for the weather.
Booking isn’t necessary as this is a free volunteering event.
Join us on Sunday 25th July 2pm to 4pm and learn some practical skills for dealing with life’s stressful moments or simply have a lovely afternoon unwinding.
Why not have a go at Qi (pronounced chee) Gong, as part of our Wellbeing at Wildside series of events we will be running a session on Saturday 14th August, 10am to 12noon. £6 per person, booking essential. Please click here for further details.
