You can all help by making an appointment if you need to see us, please don’t just drop in. We much prefer payments over the phone by card if you can manage it. Please wear a face covering if you need to come into the office.
Please keep checking for news on our Facebook page.

We are now able to offer a limited holiday programme. Activities will be outside, with social distancing and other COVID-19 measures in place. We can only offer a significantly lower number of places. It has been great to see children and families back and enjoying the activities. At this point, we have a few spaces left on Stickman Stories, Minibeast Hunt, Forest School and the Scavenger Hunt.
The programme is available on Facebook and available here.
The next dates for minor bike repairs for key workers are Fridays 7th, 14th and 28th August 10:30am – 2:30pm, by appointment only.
We can do a basic safety check, puncture repairs, check gears, replace inner tubes etc. Please contact us to book an appointment to drop your bike off.
Email on firstname.lastname@example.org or ring on 01902 754612.
These sessions are for key workers only. We will require proof of your employment: this can be an id card, letter from your employer etc. A relative can also bring the bike on your behalf.
Wildside is now offering two bike repair sessions open to all on Saturday 5th and 12th September (10:30am – 2:30pm). As these sessions are not under the Cycling UK scheme for key workers we will charge £4.40 per bike plus the cost of replacement parts where necessary. By appointment only. Email on email@example.com or ring on 01902 754612.
From time to time, we also have refurbished bikes for sale (at the moment mainly children’s bikes). If you are interested, please contact us as above to see what we have available.
We are unable to offer our normal open boat trips. Social distancing would be impossible with a full compliment of passengers.
We are offering our ‘mini-bubble boat trips’ instead. These could be for a single support bubble, two households that are already meeting, or a group of six unrelated people (e.g. from a community group). A maximum of 12 would apply for family groups.
1.5 hour return trip to Autherley £75.
4 hour return trip to Wightwick £135.
Concessions available for groups of people with additional needs.
We have a course on Saturdays 5th, 12th and 19th September to help people with some previous experience develop their skills, especially in solo paddling skills. 10.00am to 3:30pm. £20 per person per day.
