LATEST NEWS for January 2021

Due to the latest Lockdown restrictions, Wildside is currently closed.  We are only able to open for very limited activities such as Dr Bike where strict Covid-19 measures will be adhered to.

Our staff are currently working from home or on furlough, so please bear with us should you need to contact us.   The easiest way to get in touch is by email or calling the centre telephone number where you will be provided with a mobile number to leave a message.

In the meantime, we hope that you all remain safe and well and we look forward to seeing you all again once we are able to re-open.

Our Dr Bike session for Saturday 16th January is now fully booked.  However if your bike requires attention, please do still contact us as we will put you on the reserve list and when future date(s) have been set we will get in touch.

Dr Bike offers a basic safety check, puncture repairs, gear checking and replacement of inner tubes etc.  There is no charge but you will be asked to pay for the cost of replacement parts.

We also have a number of bikes for sale. Please contact us if you would like further details.

With thanks to the National Lottery, the work on our toilet refurbishment is now complete.

We hope you will like the results of the refurbishment once you are able to return to Wildside.

Our boat, the Trebalisa has now gone off to be repainted – many thanks to 5/344 Branch of Transport & General Worker’s Union (Former Goodyear Branch) for generously providing funding for this.

We hope to be able to start running trips once again from March 2021 (Covid-19 restrictions will apply). Our boat, the Trebalisa has now gone off to be repainted – many thanks to 5/344 Branch of Transport & General Worker’s Union (Former Goodyear Branch) for generously providing funding for this.
