Wellbeing at Wildside

We were one of the regional winners for the People’s Projects on ITV. Our project Wellbeing at Wildside is now underway. It aims to help people with disabilities, learning difficulties, mental health issues and other long-term health needs to come to Wildside for activity sessions or boat trips. Activities will be available through the autumn and winter months – for example, we could run a birdwatching session or Christmas crafts – most of our usual menu in fact.
We would particularly like to hear from groups which have not used the Centre before. Please ring us if you would like to discuss booking a session either at Wildside or at your own venue.

Fresh Ideas for Outdoor Education

This project aims to help teachers who want to improve the use of outdoor education to support the curriculum at their school. We still have a few half-day sessions to offer to schools or voluntary organisations at a considerably reduced price. There is a training day for teachers on 19th September.
Now is the time to contact us about sessions in the autumn term.  We would be pleased to discuss your needs. Call us on 01902 572240 or email
